TIMBER OPERATION FOR SALES

1. A fully operational timber operation located in Belize, Central America consist of:- 

• Two Logging Licences, one has 10 years logging permit to go (25,000 acres) and the other has 5 years logging permit to go (160,000 acres)

• One sawmill; one line with one breakdown and 6 bandsaws. Capable of producing 600,000 boardfeet of sawn timber per month.

• 3 units of kiln dry equipments with capacity of 60m3 and overall size of 7.8W x 7.2D x 5.6H c/w electrical swithboard. Capable of drying 100,000 boardfeet of lumber per month. Moulding machines capable of producing broomsticks and other mouldings.
